This project focuses on recognising and appraising the culture developed across the borders, especially those with Brazil. In order to recognise the elements of this sub-culture, the different access points run workshops which involve bilingual and bi-national theatre perfonmances, Olympic-discipline games, Street Social Labour wokshops, to name a few. These activities are run either in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese or "Portuñol", a dialect developed and spoken by people who live in towns which are close to the borders.
