The global project is run all-year-round, having different activities and festivals which are held anually at the different access points throughout the country.
The main objective of the projects is to establish a closer link between the members of the different communities and the various areas of audiovisual communication. In such a way, we aim at making people aware of the enrichening experience offered by the cinema, by sharing it collectively and giving them the chance to access different genres and proposals in order to expose them to different angles to experience society and community. This is facilitated through free entrance activities, to ensure all members can afford the experience.
The main projects under this category are:
Open cinema: This is usually run in open spaces if the weather permits it, converting squares, parks and beaches into open air cinemas, allowing all members of the community to enjoy both shorts from all South America but focusing more on Uruguayan productions.
2013 projects. Ecocinema, Anina.

Llamale H – The festival hosts both national and international shorts and films focusing on genre and sexual diversity, aiming at developing awareness and tolerance towards diversity groups.
FICU – This is a festival that promotes national and international short films. It is aimed at a younger audience, promoting more alternative or underground productions.
